For twelve years, Todd traveled the world working as a Producer of Television commercials for such clients as Home Depot, Chili’s, SONY, Chevrolet and Jamaica Tourism to name only a few. Desiring to spend less time on the road and more time in Los Angeles with his family, Todd began working full time in his passion…real estate.

Todd was honored as Rookie of the Year for his $6 million in sales in his first year and he has continued his success as a Realtor.  Currently ranked in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide, Todd believes that his experience in the advertising industry translates well to real estate and has helped to make his marketing approach stand tall above the rest.

A ten-year resident of Studio City has given Todd extensive knowledge of the San Fernando Valley. He has also filmed all over the greater Los Angeles area, affording him unique and knowledgeable insights on many sought after locations in LA. Whichever side of the hill you want to live, Todd can assist you with knowledge and assurance.

Foreclosures are currently the talk of town.  In order to address the many questions Todd receives, he has been teaching a monthly series on "How to Buy Foreclosures."  (For the time and place of the next seminar, click here.)  He enjoys educating buyers and showing them that you do not need a suitcase full of cash to buy a foreclosure.

Originally from Texas, Todd enjoys the climate and lifestyle of Southern California living. (Don’t try to tell him that it gets hot in the Valley, he’ll tell you that it just doesn’t compare to the heat in Texas.)

Todd is a supporter of such social service organizations as Stepping Stones for Women, Compassion International, Pregnancy Resource Center, North America Wilderness Academy (NAWA) and is an active member of Lake Avenue Church.

Look for Todd and his two boys at the Coffee Bean, Trader Joe’s, Studio City Farmers Market and hiking in Fryman Canyon.
